Lear reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on April 5, 2021.
In 2020, five Lear executives received on average a compensation package of $6.5M, a 12% increase compared to previous year.
Raymond E. Scott, Chief Executive Officer, received $15M in total, which increased by 7% compared to 2019. 68% of Scott's compensation, or $10M, was in stock awards. Scott also received $367K of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $1.1M in non-equity incentive plan, $1.7M in option awards, $1.1M in salary, as well as $423K in other compensation.
