In 2021, five Lear executives received on average a compensation package of $5.9M, a 10% decrease compared to previous year.
Raymond E. Scott, Chief Executive Officer, received $13M in total, which decreased by 10% compared to 2020. 61% of Scott's compensation, or $8.1M, was in stock awards.
