Lennar Chairman Stuart Miller's 2019 pay rises 4% to $21M

Lennar reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on February 26, 2020.
In 2019, six Lennar executives received on average a compensation package of $11M, a 11% increase compared to previous year.
Stuart Miller, Chairman, received $21M in total, which increased by 4% compared to 2018. 58% of Miller's compensation, or $12M, was in stock awards. Miller also received $7.7M in non-equity incentive plan, $1M in salary, as well as $9.3K in other compensation.
Rick Beckwitt, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $18M, which increased by 4% compared to previous year. 59% of the compensation package, or $11M, was in stock awards.
Jonathan M. Jaffe, President, earned $16M in 2019, a 4% increase compared to previous year.
Diane J. Bessette, Chief Financial Officer, received $3.8M in 2019, which increases by 25% compared to 2018.
Jeff McCall, Executive Vice President, earned $3.5M in 2019, a 36% decrease compared to previous year.
Mark Sustana, General Counsel, received $2.6M in 2019, which increases by 4% compared to 2018.
Lennar's fiscal year ends on November 30.
