Lennar Chairman Stuart Miller's 2020 pay jumps 21% to $25M

Lennar reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on February 25, 2021.
In 2020, six Lennar executives received on average a compensation package of $13M, a 20% increase compared to previous year.
Stuart Miller, Chairman, received $25M in total, which increased by 21% compared to 2019. 51% of Miller's compensation, or $13M, was in stock awards. Miller also received $11M in non-equity incentive plan, $1M in salary, as well as $9.4K in other compensation.
Rick Beckwitt, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $22M, which increased by 20% compared to previous year. 52% of the compensation package, or $11M, was in stock awards.
Jonathan M. Jaffe, Chief Executive Officer, earned $19M in 2020, a 20% increase compared to previous year.
Diane J. Bessette, Chief Financial Officer, received $4.5M in 2020, which increases by 20% compared to 2019.
Jeff McCall, Executive Vice President, earned $4.3M in 2020, a 21% increase compared to previous year.
Mark Sustana, General Counsel, received $2.6M in 2020, which is about the same as previous year.
Lennar's fiscal year ends on November 30.
