Lennar Chairman Stuart Miller's 2021 pay jumps 54% to $39M

Lennar reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on March 1, 2022.
In 2021, six Lennar executives received on average a compensation package of $20M, a 54% increase compared to previous year.
Stuart Miller, Chairman, received $39M in total, which increased by 54% compared to 2020. 49% of Miller's compensation, or $19M, was in non-equity incentive plan. Miller also received $1M in salary, $19M in stock awards, as well as $9.5K in other compensation.
Rick Beckwitt, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $34M, which increased by 55% compared to previous year. 49% of the compensation package, or $17M, was in non-equity incentive plan.
Jonathan M. Jaffe, Chief Executive Officer, earned $34M in 2021, a 76% increase compared to previous year.
Diane J. Bessette, Chief Financial Officer, received $5.5M in 2021, which increases by 23% compared to 2020.
Jeff McCall, Executive Vice President, earned $4.9M in 2021, a 15% increase compared to previous year.
Mark Sustana, General Counsel, received $2.8M in 2021, which increases by 10% compared to 2020.
Lennar's fiscal year ends on November 30.
