Lennar Chairman Stuart Miller's 2022 pay slips 10% to $35M

Lennar reported fiscal year 2022 executive compensation information on March 1, 2023.
In 2022, six Lennar executives received on average a compensation package of $18M, a 9% decrease compared to previous year.
Stuart Miller, Chairman, received $35M in total, which decreased by 10% compared to 2021. 76% of Miller's compensation, or $26M, was in stock awards. Miller also received $7M in non-equity incentive plan, $1M in salary, as well as $427K in other compensation.
Rick Beckwitt, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $30M, which decreased by 11% compared to previous year. 76% of the compensation package, or $23M, was in stock awards.
Jonathan M. Jaffe, Chief Executive Officer, earned $30M in 2022, a 12% decrease compared to previous year.
Diane J. Bessette, Chief Financial Officer, received $6M in 2022, which increases by 9% compared to 2021.
Jeff McCall, Executive Vice President, earned $5.1M in 2022, a 5% increase compared to previous year.
Mark Sustana, General Counsel, received $3.1M in 2022, which increases by 8% compared to 2021.
Lennar's fiscal year ends on November 30.
