LENSAR reported fiscal year 2022 executive compensation information on April 12, 2023.
In 2022, three LENSAR executives received on average a compensation package of $1.1M, a 10% increase compared to previous year.
Nicholas T. Curtis, Chief Executive Officer, received $1.5M in total, which increased by 10% compared to 2021. 35% of Curtis' compensation, or $518K, was in salary. Curtis also received $350K in non-equity incentive plan, $398K in option awards, $181K in stock awards, as well as $14K in other compensation.
Alan B. Connaughton, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $884K, which increased by 9% compared to previous year. 44% of the compensation package, or $388K, was in salary.
Thomas R. Staab, II, Chief Financial Officer, earned $848K in 2022, a 10% increase compared to previous year.
