Liberty Global reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on April 30, 2021.
In 2020, five executives at Liberty Global received on average a compensation package of $17M, a 53% decrease compared to previous year.
Michael T. Fries, Chief Executive Officer, received $45M in total, which decreased by 64% compared to 2019. 37% of Fries' compensation, or $17M, was in stock awards. Fries also received $10M in non-equity incentive plan, $16M in option awards, $1.5M in salary, as well as $726K in other compensation.
