LifeMD reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on April 29, 2022.
In 2021, three LifeMD executives received on average a compensation package of $4M, a 57% decrease compared to previous year.
Alex Mironov, President, received $6.9M in total. 61% of Mironov's compensation, or $4.2M, was in stock awards. Mironov also received $58K in bonus, $2.3M in option awards, as well as $271K in salary.
Marc Benathen, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $4.9M. 85% of the compensation package, or $4.1M, was in option awards.
Justin Schreiber, Chief Executive Officer, earned $180K in 2021, a 98% decrease compared to previous year.
