Lightning eMotors reported fiscal year 2022 executive compensation information on March 28, 2023.
In 2022, four executives at Lightning eMotors received on average a compensation package of $1.4M, a 27% decrease compared to previous year.
Tim Reeser, Chief Executive Officer, received $2.9M in total, which decreased by 10% compared to 2021. 41% of Reeser's compensation, or $1.2M, was in option awards. Reeser also received $500K in salary, $1.2M in stock awards, as well as $17K in other compensation.
Teresa Covington, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $1M, which decreased by 32% compared to previous year. 66% of the compensation package, or $679K, was in stock awards.
Kash Sethi, Chief Revenue Officer, earned $1M in 2022, a 18% increase compared to previous year.
David Agatston, Chief Financial Officer, received $474K in 2022.
