Lions Gate Entertainment reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on July 27, 2018.
In 2018, six executives at Lions Gate Entertainment received on average a compensation package of $7.1M, a 49% decrease compared to previous year.
Jon Feltheimer, Chief Executive Officer, received $14M in total, which decreased by 59% compared to 2017. 49% of Feltheimer's compensation, or $7M, was in non-equity incentive plan. Feltheimer also received $3M in bonus, $2.7M in option awards, $1.5M in salary, as well as $176K in other compensation.
Michael Burns, Chairman, received a compensation package of $9M, which decreased by 67% compared to previous year. 56% of the compensation package, or $5M, was in non-equity incentive plan.
James W. Barge, Chief Financial Officer, earned $6M in 2018, a 44% decrease compared to previous year.
Steven Beeks, Chief Operating Officer, received $5.4M in 2018, which increases by 117% compared to 2017.
Wayne Levin, General Counsel, earned $4.7M in 2018, a 54% increase compared to previous year.
Brian Goldsmith, Chief Operating Officer, received $2.8M in 2018, which decreases by 30% compared to 2017.
Lions Gate Entertainment's fiscal year ends on March 31.
