Littelfuse reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on March 12, 2021.
In 2020, five Littelfuse executives received on average a compensation package of $2.2M, a 15% increase compared to previous year.
David W. Heinzmann, Chief Executive Officer, received $4.1M in total, which increased by 4% compared to 2019. 38% of Heinzmann's compensation, or $1.5M, was in stock awards. Heinzmann also received $259K in bonus, $1.3M in option awards, $845K in salary, as well as $77K in other compensation.

Meenal A. Sethna, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $2.3M, which increased by 37% compared to previous year. 47% of the compensation package, or $1.1M, was in option awards.
Deepak Nayar, Senior Vice President and General Manager Electronics Business, earned $1.8M in 2020, a 68% increase compared to previous year.
Ryan K. Stafford, Secretary, received $1.8M in 2020, which increases by 4% compared to 2019.
Matthew J. Cole, Senior Vice President, eMobility and Corporate Strategy, earned $1M in 2020.
