Littelfuse reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on March 16, 2022.
In 2021, five Littelfuse executives received on average a compensation package of $3M, a 35% increase compared to previous year.
David W. Heinzmann, Chief Executive Officer, received $6.2M in total, which increased by 52% compared to 2020. 33% of Heinzmann's compensation, or $2.1M, was in non-equity incentive plan. Heinzmann also received $1.4M in option awards, $922K in salary, $1.7M in stock awards, as well as $79K in other compensation.

Ryan K. Stafford, Chief Legal Officer, received a compensation package of $3.1M, which increased by 71% compared to previous year. 30% of the compensation package, or $913K, was in stock awards.
