LogMeIn reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on April 12, 2019.
In 2018, eight LogMeIn executives received on average a compensation package of $3.8M, a 8% decrease compared to previous year.
William R. Wagner, Chief Executive Officer, received $7.2M in total, which decreased by 27% compared to 2017. 83% of Wagner's compensation, or $6M, was in stock awards. Wagner also received $559K in non-equity incentive plan, $625K in salary, as well as $33K in other compensation.
Marc R. van Zadelhoff, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $6.2M. 94% of the compensation package, or $5.8M, was in stock awards.
Mark F. Strassman, SVP & GM, Unified Communications Collaboration, earned $4.5M in 2018.
Christopher L. Battles, Former GM, Communications & Collaboration, received $3.4M in 2018, which decreases by 23% compared to 2017.
Lawrence M. D'Angelo, SVP, Chief Sales Officer, earned $3.2M in 2018, a 8% increase compared to previous year.
Edward K. Herdiech, Chief Financial Officer, received $2.6M in 2018, which decreases by 40% compared to 2017.
Michael J. Donahue, General Counsel, earned $1.7M in 2018, a 30% decrease compared to previous year.
John B. Bennett, SVP & GM, Identity and Access Management, received $1.6M in 2018, which increases by 183% compared to 2017.
