LogMeIn reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on April 17, 2020.
In 2019, six LogMeIn executives received on average a compensation package of $3.4M, a 11% decrease compared to previous year.
William R. Wagner, Chief Executive Officer, received $9M in total, which increased by 24% compared to 2018. 88% of Wagner's compensation, or $7.9M, was in stock awards. Wagner also received $448K in non-equity incentive plan, $625K in salary, as well as $28K in other compensation.
Marc R. van Zadelhoff, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $3M, which decreased by 52% compared to previous year. 70% of the compensation package, or $2.1M, was in stock awards.
Edward K. Herdiech, Chief Financial Officer, earned $2.7M in 2019, a 7% increase compared to previous year.
Lawrence M. D'Angelo, Former SVP, Chief Sales Officer, received $2.2M in 2019, which decreases by 33% compared to 2018.
John B. Bennett, SVP & GM, Identity and Access Management, earned $1.7M in 2019, a 6% increase compared to previous year.
Michael J. Donahue, General Counsel, received $1.7M in 2019, which is about the same as previous year.
