Louisiana-Pacific reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on March 18, 2022.
In 2021, five executives at Louisiana-Pacific received on average a compensation package of $3.8M, a 28% increase compared to previous year.
W. Bradley Southern, Chief Executive Officer, received $9.4M in total, which increased by 26% compared to 2020. 62% of Southern's compensation, or $5.9M, was in stock awards. Southern also received $20K of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $2.1M in non-equity incentive plan, $1.1M in salary, as well as $330K in other compensation.

Neil Sherman, President of Entekra Holdings LLC, received $2.3M in 2021, which increases by 28% compared to 2020.
Jason Ringblom, Executive Vice President, General Manager, Siding and EWP, earned $2.1M in 2021, a 14% increase compared to previous year.
