Lumentum Holdings reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on September 25, 2020.
In 2020, five executives at Lumentum Holdings received on average a compensation package of $5M, a 7% increase compared to previous year.
Alan Lowe, Chief Executive Officer, received $10M in total, which increased by 11% compared to 2019. 79% of Lowe's compensation, or $8.2M, was in stock awards. Lowe also received $1.3M in non-equity incentive plan, $800K in salary, as well as $4K in other compensation.

Jason Reinhardt, Executive Vice President, Global Sales and Product, received $3.1M in 2020, which increases by 15% compared to 2019.
Judy Hamel, General Counsel, earned $2.2M in 2020, a 14% increase compared to previous year.
Lumentum Holdings' fiscal year ends on June 27.
