Lyft reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on April 27, 2020.
In 2019, six Lyft executives received on average a compensation package of $6.9M, a 33% decrease compared to previous year.
Ran Makavy, former Executive Vice President and Chief Product Officer, received $20M in total, which increased by 191% compared to 2018. 97% of Makavy's compensation, or $19M, was in stock awards. Makavy also received $441K in salary and $95K in other compensation.
Brian Roberts, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $9.6M. 95% of the compensation package, or $9.1M, was in stock awards.
