Lyft reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on April 29, 2022.
In 2021, five Lyft executives received on average a compensation package of $11M, a 144% increase compared to previous year.

John Zimmer, Co-Founder, received $15M in total, which increased by 499% compared to 2020. 90% of Zimmer's compensation, or $13M, was in stock awards. Zimmer also received $33K in bonus, $450K in salary, as well as $1M in other compensation.
For fiscal year 2021, the median employee pay was $167,683 at Lyft. Therefore, the ratio of John Zimmer's pay to the median employee pay was 89 to one.
Logan Green, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $14M, which increased by 1266% compared to previous year. 96% of the compensation package, or $13M, was in stock awards.
Kristin Sverchek, President of Business Affairs, earned $11M in 2021, a 194% increase compared to previous year.
Ashwin Raj, Head of Rideshare, received $7.3M in 2021.
Brian Roberts, Chief Financial Officer, earned $6.9M in 2021, a 35% decrease compared to previous year.
