MACOM reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on January 16, 2020.
In 2019, ten MACOM executives received on average a compensation package of $3.2M, a 22% increase compared to previous year.

Douglas Carlson, Senior Vice President, and General Manager, RF and Microwave, received $1.7M in 2019.
Preetinder Virk, Former Senior Vice President and General Manager, Networks, earned $1.6M in 2019, a 35% decrease compared to previous year.
John Kober, Chief Financial Officer, received $1.6M in 2019.
Donghyun Thomas Hwang, Senior Vice President, Global Sales, earned $1.5M in 2019.
Conor Hegarty, Former Interim Principal Financial Officer, received $652K in 2019.
