MACOM CEO Stephen Daly's 2020 pay falls 58% to $3.4M

MACOM reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on January 15, 2021.
In 2020, five MACOM executives received on average a compensation package of $1.9M, a 39% decrease compared to previous year.
Stephen Daly, Chief Executive Officer, received $3.4M in total, which decreased by 58% compared to 2019. 55% of Daly's compensation, or $1.9M, was in stock awards. Daly also received $844K in non-equity incentive plan, $675K in salary, as well as $9.9K in other compensation.
John Kober, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $1.8M, which increased by 13% compared to previous year. 57% of the compensation package, or $1M, was in stock awards.
Robert Dennehy, Senior Vice President, Operations, earned $1.5M in 2020, a 33% decrease compared to previous year.
Douglas Carlson, Senior Vice President, Technology, received $1.5M in 2020, which decreases by 14% compared to 2019.
Donghyun Thomas Hwang, Senior Vice President, Global Sales, earned $1.4M in 2020, a 7% decrease compared to previous year.
MACOM's fiscal year ends on September 29.
