MACOM reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on January 14, 2022.
In 2021, six MACOM executives received on average a compensation package of $1.5M, a 21% decrease compared to previous year.
Stephen Daly, Chief Executive Officer, received $3.2M in total, which decreased by 7% compared to 2020. 49% of Daly's compensation, or $1.6M, was in stock awards. Daly also received $928K in non-equity incentive plan, $675K in salary, as well as $13K in other compensation.
John Kober, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $1.5M, which decreased by 15% compared to previous year. 43% of the compensation package, or $653K, was in stock awards.
Robert Dennehy, Senior Vice President, Operations, earned $1.1M in 2021, a 26% decrease compared to previous year.
Donghyun Thomas Hwang, Senior Vice President, Global Sales, received $1.1M in 2021, which decreases by 23% compared to 2020.
Ambra Roth, General Counsel, earned $1.1M in 2021.
Douglas Carlson, Senior Vice President, Technology, received $1.1M in 2021, which decreases by 25% compared to 2020.
MACOM's fiscal year ends on September 29.
