MACOM reported fiscal year 2022 executive compensation information on January 17, 2023.
In 2022, six MACOM executives received on average a compensation package of $3.6M, a 134% increase compared to previous year.
Stephen Daly, Chief Executive Officer, received $8.3M in total, which increased by 161% compared to 2021. 80% of Daly's compensation, or $6.6M, was in stock awards. Daly also received $966K in non-equity incentive plan, $700K in salary, as well as $12K in other compensation.
John Kober, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $3.8M, which increased by 149% compared to previous year. 73% of the compensation package, or $2.8M, was in stock awards.
Douglas Carlson, Senior Vice President, Technology, earned $2.3M in 2022, a 111% increase compared to previous year.
Robert Dennehy, Senior Vice President, Operations, received $2.3M in 2022, which increases by 111% compared to 2021.
Donghyun Thomas Hwang, Senior Vice President, Global Sales, earned $2.3M in 2022, a 111% increase compared to previous year.
Ambra Roth, General Counsel, received $2.3M in 2022, which increases by 111% compared to 2021.
MACOM's fiscal year ends on September 29.
