MacroGenics reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on April 2, 2020.
In 2019, five executives at MacroGenics received on average a compensation package of $2.4M, a 6% decrease compared to previous year.
Scott Koenig, Chief Executive Officer, received $4.7M in total, which decreased by 9% compared to 2018. 81% of Koenig's compensation, or $3.8M, was in option awards. Koenig also received $307K in non-equity incentive plan, $590K in salary, as well as $8.4K in other compensation.
Jon Wigginton, Chief Medical Officer, received a compensation package of $1.9M, which decreased by 2% compared to previous year. 68% of the compensation package, or $1.3M, was in option awards.
Ezio Bonvini, Chief Scientific Officer, earned $1.9M in 2019, a 2% decrease compared to previous year.
James Karrels, Chief Financial Officer, received $1.8M in 2019, which decreases by 5% compared to 2018.
Eric Risser, Senior Vice President, Business Development and Portfolio Management and Chief Business Officer, earned $1.8M in 2019, a 6% decrease compared to previous year.
