MacroGenics reported fiscal year 2022 executive compensation information on April 17, 2023.
In 2022, three executives at MacroGenics received on average a compensation package of $2.7M, a 7% increase compared to previous year.
Scott Koenig, Chief Executive Officer, received $4.6M in total, which decreased by 5% compared to 2021. 77% of Koenig's compensation, or $3.6M, was in option awards. Koenig also received $374K in non-equity incentive plan, $673K in salary, as well as $12K in other compensation.
Eric Risser, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $1.9M, which increased by 1% compared to previous year. 66% of the compensation package, or $1.3M, was in option awards.
James Karrels, Chief Financial Officer, earned $1.7M in 2022, a 13% decrease compared to previous year.
