MacroGenics reported fiscal year 2023 executive compensation information on April 8, 2024.
In 2023, three executives at MacroGenics received on average a compensation package of $2.3M, a 14% decrease compared to previous year.
Scott Koenig, Chief Executive Officer, received $3.7M in total, which decreased by 20% compared to 2022. 51% of Koenig's compensation, or $1.9M, was in option awards. Koenig also received $481K in non-equity incentive plan, $705K in salary, $612K in stock awards, as well as $13K in other compensation.
Stephen Eck, Chief Medical Officer, received a compensation package of $1.8M. 42% of the compensation package, or $743K, was in option awards.
James Karrels, Chief Financial Officer, earned $1.6M in 2023, a 5% decrease compared to previous year.
