Magnetek reported fiscal year 2014 executive compensation information on April 1, 2015.
In 2014, five Magnetek executives received on average a compensation package of $610K, a 52% increase compared to previous year.
Peter M. McCormick, Chief Executive Officer, received $1.2M in total, which increased by 71% compared to 2013. 42% of McCormick's compensation, or $481K, was in non-equity incentive plan. McCormick also received $1.3K of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $389K in salary, $268K in stock awards, as well as $20K in other compensation.
Marty J. Schwenner, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $730K, which increased by 57% compared to previous year. 42% of the compensation package, or $305K, was in salary.
Scott S. Cramer, General Counsel, earned $461K in 2014, a 37% increase compared to previous year.
Hungsun S. Hui, Vice President, Operations, received $401K in 2014, which increases by 33% compared to 2013.
Michael J. Stauber, Chief Accounting Officer, earned $300K in 2014, a 37% increase compared to previous year.
Magnetek's fiscal year ends on January 3.
