Rubicon Project reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on April 5, 2019.
In 2018, three executives at Rubicon Project received on average a compensation package of $1.6M, a 50% decrease compared to previous year.
Michael Barrett, Chief Executive Officer, received $2.1M in total, which decreased by 78% compared to 2017. 34% of Barrett's compensation, or $690K, was in stock awards. Barrett also received $515K in non-equity incentive plan, $327K in option awards, $515K in salary, as well as $5K in other compensation.
Thomas Kershaw, Chief Technology Officer, received a compensation package of $1.6M, which is about the same as previous year. 42% of the compensation package, or $675K, was in stock awards.
David Day, Chief Financial Officer, earned $1.2M in 2018, a 12% increase compared to previous year.
