Rubicon Project reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on April 26, 2022.
In 2021, six executives at Rubicon Project received on average a compensation package of $8.2M, a 241% increase compared to previous year.
Michael Barrett, Chief Executive Officer, received $18M in total, which increased by 421% compared to 2020. 85% of Barrett's compensation, or $16M, was in stock awards. Barrett also received $717K in non-equity incentive plan, $1.5M in option awards, $588K in salary, as well as $12K in other compensation.
Sean Buckley, Chief Revenue Officer, received a compensation package of $13M. 59% of the compensation package, or $7.5M, was in bonus.

David Day, Chief Financial Officer, received $2.9M in 2021, which increases by 53% compared to 2020.
Katie Evans, Chief Operating Officer, earned $2.3M in 2021, a 28% increase compared to previous year.
Adam Sorocca, Chief Product Officer, received $2.2M in 2021.
