Majesco reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on June 25, 2018.
In 2018, three Majesco executives received on average a compensation package of $498K, a 18% increase compared to previous year.
Average pay of disclosed executives at Majesco
Ketan Mehta, Chief Executive Officer, received $515K in total, which increased by 37% compared to 2017. 68% of Mehta's compensation, or $350K, was in salary. Mehta also received $100K in non-equity incentive plan, $62K in option awards, as well as $3.6K in other compensation.
Manish D. Shah, Executive Vice President, Products, received a compensation package of $496K, which increased by 1% compared to previous year. 66% of the compensation package, or $325K, was in salary.
Edward Ossie, Chief Operating Officer, earned $483K in 2018, a 21% increase compared to previous year.
Majesco's fiscal year ends on March 31.
