Majesco CEO Adam Elster's 2020 pay slips 8% to $3.4M

Majesco reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on July 29, 2020.
In 2020, three Majesco executives received on average a compensation package of $1.5M, a 20% increase compared to previous year.
Adam Elster, Chief Executive Officer, received $3.4M in total, which decreased by 8% compared to 2019. 73% of Elster's compensation, or $2.5M, was in stock awards. Elster also received $400K in non-equity incentive plan, $500K in salary, as well as $5K in other compensation.
Prateek Kumar Solanki, Executive Vice President, received a compensation package of $561K, which decreased by 1% compared to previous year. 53% of the compensation package, or $300K, was in salary.
James Miller, Chief Revenue Off, earned $529K in 2020, a 5% decrease compared to previous year.
Majesco's fiscal year ends on March 31.
