Mallinckrodt reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on August 18, 2022.
In 2021, three executives at Mallinckrodt received on average a compensation package of $5.2M, a 36% decrease compared to previous year.
Mark C. Trudeau, Chief Executive Officer, received $9M in total, which decreased by 40% compared to 2020. 80% of Trudeau's compensation, or $7.1M, was in non-equity incentive plan. Trudeau also received $1.1M in salary and $737K in other compensation.
Steven Romano, Chief Scientific Officer, received a compensation package of $3.4M, which decreased by 29% compared to previous year. 74% of the compensation package, or $2.5M, was in non-equity incentive plan.
Hugh M. O'Neill, Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial and Operations Officer, earned $3.3M in 2021, a 30% decrease compared to previous year.
Mallinckrodt's fiscal year ends on December 29.
