Mannatech reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on April 28, 2020.
In 2019, four Mannatech executives received on average a compensation package of $352K, a 30% decrease compared to previous year.
Average pay of disclosed executives at Mannatech
Alfredo Bala, Chief Executive Officer, received $475K in total, which decreased by 27% compared to 2018. 93% of Bala's compensation, or $440K, was in salary. Bala also received $13K in bonus and $22K in other compensation.
Joel Bikman, Chief Operating and Marketing Officer, received a compensation package of $348K, which decreased by 30% compared to previous year. 95% of the compensation package, or $331K, was in salary.
Landen Fredrick, Chief Sales and Marketing Officer, earned $328K in 2019, a 28% decrease compared to previous year.
David A. Johnson, Chief Financial Officer, received $256K in 2019, which decreases by 34% compared to 2018.
