ManpowerGroup reported fiscal year 2007 executive compensation information on March 6, 2008.
In 2007, seven executives at ManpowerGroup received on average a compensation package of $3M, a 1% increase compared to previous year.
Jeffrey A. Joerres, Chief Executive Officer, received $9.7M in total, which increased by 16% compared to 2006. 40% of Joerres' compensation, or $3.8M, was in stock awards. Joerres also received $2.8M in non-equity incentive plan, $2M in option awards, $1M in salary, as well as $94K in other compensation.
Michael J. Van Handel, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $3.4M, which increased by 11% compared to previous year. 38% of the compensation package, or $1.3M, was in stock awards.
Barbara J. Beck, EVP and President, EMEA Operations, earned $2.4M in 2007, a 1% increase compared to previous year.
Owen J. Sullivan, Chief Executive Officer, received $1.9M in 2007, which increases by 23% compared to 2006.
Jonas Prising, EVP and President, U.S and Canadian Operations, earned $1.6M in 2007, a 18% increase compared to previous year.
Françoise Gri, EVP and President, French Operations, received $1.2M in 2007.
Darryl Green, EVP and President, Asia Pacific Operations, earned $938K in 2007.
