ManpowerGroup reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on March 11, 2020.
In 2019, five executives at ManpowerGroup received on average a compensation package of $5.1M, a 14% increase compared to previous year.
Jonas Prising, Chief Executive Officer, received $13M in total, which increased by 10% compared to 2018. 59% of Prising's compensation, or $7.4M, was in stock awards. Prising also received $2M in non-equity incentive plan, $1.9M in option awards, $1.3M in salary, as well as $50K in other compensation.
Ram Chandrashekar, Former EVP, Operational Excellence, Technology and Transformation, received a compensation package of $4.6M, which increased by 32% compared to previous year. 37% of the compensation package, or $1.7M, was in other compensation.
John T. McGinnis, Chief Financial Officer, earned $4.1M in 2019, a 12% increase compared to previous year.
Mara E. Swan, EVP, Global Strategy Talent, received $2.7M in 2019, which increases by 13% compared to 2018.
Richard Buchband, General Counsel, earned $1.7M in 2019, a 9% increase compared to previous year.
