ManpowerGroup reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on March 11, 2021.
In 2020, five executives at ManpowerGroup received on average a compensation package of $3.9M, a 25% decrease compared to previous year.
Jonas Prising, Chief Executive Officer, received $12M in total, which decreased by 5% compared to 2019. 67% of Prising's compensation, or $8M, was in stock awards. Prising also received $760K in non-equity incentive plan, $2M in option awards, $1.1M in salary, as well as $38K in other compensation.
John T. McGinnis, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $4M, which decreased by 3% compared to previous year. 60% of the compensation package, or $2.4M, was in stock awards.
Michelle S. Nettles, Chief Peopleand Culture Officer, earned $1.7M in 2020.
Richard Buchband, General Counsel, received $1.5M in 2020, which decreases by 14% compared to 2019.
Mara E. Swan, Former EVP, Global Strategy & Talent, earned $149K in 2020, a 94% decrease compared to previous year.
