ManpowerGroup reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on March 10, 2022.
In 2021, four executives at ManpowerGroup received on average a compensation package of $7.6M, a 98% increase compared to previous year.
Jonas Prising, Chief Executive Officer, received $19M in total, which increased by 58% compared to 2020. 64% of Prising's compensation, or $12M, was in stock awards. Prising also received $3.5M in non-equity incentive plan, $2M in option awards, $1.3M in salary, as well as $63K in other compensation.

Michelle S. Nettles, Chief People and Culture Officer, earned $2.8M in 2021, a 63% increase compared to previous year.
Richard Buchband, General Counsel, received $2.5M in 2021, which increases by 65% compared to 2020.
