Marathon Bancorp reported fiscal year 2023 executive compensation information on October 17, 2023.
In 2023, three executives at Marathon Bancorp received on average a compensation package of $271K, a 36% decrease compared to previous year.
Nicholas W. Zillges, Chief Executive Officer, received $474K in total, which decreased by 28% compared to 2022. 59% of Zillges' compensation, or $280K, was in salary. Zillges also received $140K in bonus, $15K in option awards, as well as $39K in other compensation.
