Marathon Oil reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on April 12, 2019.

Lee M. Tillman, Chief Executive Officer, received $12M in total, which increased by 21% compared to 2017. 54% of Tillman's compensation, or $6.6M, was in stock awards. Reginald D. Hedgebeth, General Counsel, earned $3M in 2018, a 25% increase compared to previous year.
