Marathon Oil reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on April 9, 2021.
In 2020, five executives at Marathon Oil received on average a compensation package of $5.1M, a 15% decrease compared to previous year.
Lee M. Tillman, Chief Executive Officer, received $12M in total, which decreased by 14% compared to 2019. 59% of Tillman's compensation, or $7.1M, was in stock awards. Patrick J. Wagner, Executive Vice President, Corporate Development and Strategy, received $3M in 2020, which decreases by 16% compared to 2019.
Reginald D. Hedgebeth, Chief Administrative Officer, earned $2.5M in 2020, a 23% decrease compared to previous year.
