Marathon Petroleum reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on March 16, 2020.
In 2019, six executives at Marathon Petroleum received on average a compensation package of $14M, a 66% increase compared to previous year.
Gregory J. Goff, Chairman, received $30M in total, which increased by 387% compared to 2018. 39% of Goff's compensation, or $12M, was in stock awards. Goff also received $5.7M of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $7.8M in non-equity incentive plan, $2.9M in option awards, $1.6M in salary, as well as $439K in other compensation.

Timothy T. Griffith, President, Speedway LLC, earned $6.5M in 2019, a 45% increase compared to previous year.
Anthony R. Kenney, Executive Vice President, Speedway LLC, received $5.7M in 2019, which increases by 28% compared to 2018.
