TapImmune reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on April 15, 2022.
In 2021, three TapImmune executives received on average a compensation package of $1.2M, a 16% increase compared to previous year.
Peter Hoang, Chief Executive Officer, received $1.6M in total, which increased by 18% compared to 2020. 62% of Hoang's compensation, or $1M, was in option awards. Hoang also received $193K in non-equity incentive plan and $424K in salary.
Anthony Kim, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $948K, which increased by 14% compared to previous year. 42% of the compensation package, or $402K, was in option awards.
Mythili Koneru, Chief Medical Officer, earned $902K in 2021, a 15% increase compared to previous year.
