Marvell Technology reported fiscal year 2022 executive compensation information on May 6, 2022.
In 2022, five executives at Marvell Technology received on average a compensation package of $7.9M, a 27% increase compared to previous year.
Matthew J. Murphy, Chief Executive Officer, received $16M in total, which increased by 6% compared to 2021. 77% of Murphy's compensation, or $12M, was in stock awards. Murphy also received $2.6M in non-equity incentive plan, $992K in salary, as well as $5.8K in other compensation.
Raghib Hussain, President, Products and Technologies, received a compensation package of $12M, which increased by 88% compared to previous year. 87% of the compensation package, or $10M, was in stock awards.
Jean Hu, Chief Financial Officer, earned $5M in 2022, a 23% increase compared to previous year.
Mitchell Gaynor, Secretary, received $3.6M in 2022, which increases by 15% compared to 2021.
Dan Christman, EVP, Storage Products Group, earned $3.5M in 2022, a 21% increase compared to previous year.
Marvell Technology's fiscal year ends on January 29.
