Masco reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on March 31, 2021.
In 2020, five Masco executives received on average a compensation package of $5.7M, a 64% increase compared to previous year.
Keith J. Allman, Chief Executive Officer, received $14M in total, which increased by 62% compared to 2019. 45% of Allman's compensation, or $6.3M, was in stock awards. Allman also received $94K of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $3.8M in non-equity incentive plan, $2.1M in option awards, $1.3M in salary, as well as $421K in other compensation.
For fiscal year 2020, the median employee pay was $51,492 at Masco. Therefore, the ratio of Keith J. Allman's pay to the median employee pay was 272 to one.
John G. Sznewajs, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $5.3M, which increased by 39% compared to previous year. 31% of the compensation package, or $1.7M, was in stock awards.
Richard A. O'Reagan, Group President, earned $3.3M in 2020, a 56% increase compared to previous year.
Jai Shah, Group President, received $3.1M in 2020, which increases by 49% compared to 2019.
Kenneth G. Cole, General Counsel, earned $2.5M in 2020, a 52% increase compared to previous year.
