Masimo reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on April 15, 2020.
In 2019, six Masimo executives received on average a compensation package of $4.5M, a 5% increase compared to previous year.
Joe Kiani, Chief Executive Officer, received $15M in total, which is about the same as previous year. 60% of Kiani's compensation, or $9M, was in stock awards. Kiani also received $1.5M in non-equity incentive plan, $3M in option awards, $1.1M in salary, as well as $379K in other compensation.
