Masimo reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on April 15, 2021.
In 2020, five Masimo executives received on average a compensation package of $4.9M, a 10% increase compared to previous year.
Joe Kiani, Chief Executive Officer, received $15M in total, which increased by 3% compared to 2019. 58% of Kiani's compensation, or $9M, was in stock awards. Kiani also received $1.7M in non-equity incentive plan, $3M in option awards, $1.1M in salary, as well as $694K in other compensation.
For fiscal year 2020, the median employee pay was $102,348 at Masimo. Therefore, the ratio of Joe Kiani's pay to the median employee pay was 151 to one.
Bilal Muhsin, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $3.4M, which decreased by 19% compared to previous year. 53% of the compensation package, or $1.8M, was in stock awards.
Micah Young, Chief Financial Officer, earned $2M in 2020, a 3% increase compared to previous year.
Tom McClenahan, General Counsel, received $2M in 2020, which increases by 2% compared to 2019.
Tao Levy, Executive Vice President, Business Development, earned $1.8M in 2020, a 2% increase compared to previous year.
Masimo's fiscal year ends on January 1.
