Match Group reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on April 30, 2019.
In 2018, four executives at Match Group received on average a compensation package of $5.5M, a 4% decrease compared to previous year.
Sharmistha Dubey, President, received $14M in total. 85% of Dubey's compensation, or $12M, was in stock awards. Dubey also received $1.5M in bonus, $550K in salary, as well as $8.3K in other compensation.
For fiscal year 2018, the median employee pay was $86,063 at Match Group. Therefore, the ratio of Sharmistha Dubey's pay to the median employee pay was 163 to one.
