Materion reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on March 30, 2020.
In 2019, three Materion executives received on average a compensation package of $2.8M, a 7% increase compared to previous year.
Jugal K. Vijayvargiya, Chief Executive Officer, received $5.1M in total, which increased by 19% compared to 2018. 37% of Vijayvargiya's compensation, or $1.9M, was in stock awards. Vijayvargiya also received $933K in bonus, $892K in non-equity incentive plan, $571K in option awards, $735K in salary, as well as $86K in other compensation.
