Mattel reported fiscal year 2006 executive compensation information on April 12, 2007.
In 2006, five Mattel executives received on average a compensation package of $3.1M.
Robert A. Eckert, Chief Executive Officer, received $6M in total. 42% of Eckert's compensation, or $2.5M, was in non-equity incentive plan. Eckert also received $1.6M in option awards, $1.3M in salary, $249K in stock awards, as well as $381K in other compensation.
Neil B. Friedman, President, Mattel Brands, received a compensation package of $3.9M. 31% of the compensation package, or $1.2M, was in non-equity incentive plan.

Bryan G. Stockton, Executive Vice President, International, received $1.7M in 2006.
Kevin M. Farr, Chief Financial Officer, earned $1.7M in 2006.
