Mattel reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on April 4, 2019.
In 2018, six Mattel executives received on average a compensation package of $6.5M, a 20% decrease compared to previous year.
Ynon Kreiz, Chief Executive Officer, received $17M in total. 39% of Kreiz's compensation, or $6.7M, was in stock awards. Kreiz also received $2.7M in non-equity incentive plan, $6.5M in option awards, $1M in salary, as well as $69K in other compensation.
Richard Dickson, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $8M, which decreased by 8% compared to previous year. 44% of the compensation package, or $3.5M, was in stock awards.
Joseph J. Euteneuer, Chief Financial Officer, earned $5.3M in 2018, a 1% increase compared to previous year.
Margaret H. Georgiadis, Chief Executive Officer, received $3.8M in 2018, which decreases by 88% compared to 2017.
Robert Normile, Chief Legal Officer, earned $2.4M in 2018, a 12% decrease compared to previous year.
Amanda J. Thompson, Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer, received $2.2M in 2018, which increases by 14% compared to 2017.
